Terms of Service

1. I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

2. After the commission is completed, the buyer has the right to use the drawing in any material, merchandise, or other items as they choose. The work may also be reposted to any platform that the commissioner chooses. I only ask for credit or reference.

3. I will send WIPs as I work. Generally, this includes each stage (sketch, lines, et cetera) but if there is a certain part of the drawing you want me to pay closer attention to, please let me know. Additionally, I respect the buyer's right to ask for updates whenever they need it and will gladly oblige.

4. Full refunds are only granted if I have not yet started on the work; a fee will be deducted if it is at any stage during the drawing process (for example, during the lining or coloring phase). Refunds will not be given on finished work.

5. NSFW work incurs a +25% fee and is only available to individuals 18+. I will NOT draw adult content for minors.

6. Work done for character(s) without a clear reference may also incur a design fee, depending on what I have to work from.

7. Payment is done via invoice. Full invoice will be sent after the sketch phase for smaller pieces; for larger work, half of the payment is done after the sketch phase, and the other half is done after the work is complete.
